About Fabiana Martone
Fabiana Martone commenced her singing career influenced by jazz, studying under notable figures like Jeff Ballard and Gegè Telesforo. Beyond jazz, she explored various genres, collaborating with artists from gospel to experimental music. A founding member of Sesèmamà and lead singer of the Uanema Swing Orchestra, Fabiana achieved success touring with NU GENEA and Nuova Napoli Band. Her debut album "FLOWERS" in 2008 showcased a passion for 70s music. Noteworthy projects include the 2011 album "Fabiana Martone and Big Band Bond" and the 2014 release "Creature" with Soundflowers. Her tribute project "Joni, I Love U" honors Joni Mitchell, while collaborations with vibraphonist Marco Pezzenati and charitable work with "Note di Palco" underscore her versatile and impactful artistic journey.
